The Monkey King 3 is a 2018 Chinese dream film in view of the great novel Journey toward the West by Wu Cheng'en. The film is the third portion of the Monkey King establishment, after The Monkey King (2014) and The Monkey King 2 (2016). Coordinated by Cheang Pou-soi, it stars Aaron Kwok, Feng Shaofeng, Zhao Liying, Xiaoshenyang and Him Law. In The Monkey King 3, Buddhist priest Tang Sanzang (William Feng Shaofeng) and his supporters – Wukong the Monkey King (Aaron Kwok Fu-shing), pig devil Bajie (Xiao Shenyang) and the blue-cleaned sand evil spirit Wujing (Him Lo Chung-him) – incidentally enter the Womanland of Western Liang, a country populated by ladies raised to trust that men are lethally beguiling in issues of the heart.
Love all things considered blooms between Tang Sanzang and the Womanland's young ruler (Zhao Liying), despite the fact that her regal preceptor (Gigi Leung Wing-kei) is never going to budge on condemning the men to death. As Wukong and Co. scan for an exit from this country encompassed by an immense otherworldly net, it soon comes to pass, helpfully, that sentimental love is the main key to opening the door. So will Tang Sanzang abandon his sacrosanct mission and remain with the ruler?
